At Victoria Cruz we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
All orders processed will be subject to each customer's terms and conditions of purchase, you can check the status of your order through your sales representative.
Ir your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time or you have aby questions regarding delivery times, please contact us through your sales representative.
Holidays
Please note that both our office and warehouse staff are not operational during the public holidays corresponding to the Valencian Community, Spain. For this reason, we will not be able to answer emails or send orders during these days. Purchase request received on the dates affecting Valencia will be processed on the next working day.
Packaging
Presentation is very important to us, for this reason, all our orders are delivered with:
• Victoria Cruz cases to store the jewellery
• 2 year certificate of authenticity which guarantees that all our designs are made from nickel free Sterling Silver 925 and are rhodium plated or plated with 2 microns of 18K. This plating is guaranteed for six months and it is recommended not to expose the jewellery to chemicals, swear, water and direct sunlight. To exercise this right it is essential to keep the purchase receipt.
Transport agencies according to destination
At the moment, orders are shipped by the following transport companies depending on their destination. If you wish to choose a transport agency other than the one recommended, please contact your sales representative.
